Barback - Yankee Stadium

The Role Barback is responsible for providing supplies and assisting the bartender with items upon request to ensure exceptional guest service, specifically in the concessions environment. Essential Functions Stock bar items daily and fill ice bins as needed. Anticipate needs throughout the shift. Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized. Report timely to work and be prepared to start at the scheduled time. Know your work area and set up as directed. Abide by operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual. Ensure prompt, quality service is provided. Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Ability to interact with co‑workers to assure compliance with company service standards. Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting. Read, speak, and write English for communication with guests. Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds. Work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods. At least 1 year of work experience in a fast‑paced bar, high‑end club, or restaurant. Compensation $23.55/hour Working Conditions Location: On site – Yankee Stadium, Bronx, NY.
