The Client Engagement Specialist must be able to sell the dream of a brighter future, provide a high level of client service, and follow up with prospects persistently on a long-term basis.

Family law/law firm-specific experience is not required, but the ideal candidate has personal experience navigating a family law case of some kind no one is better equipped to guide our prospects and clients through this process than someone who has walked in their shoes.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Meet with prospective clients and guide them through options for representation. Understand their needs and communicate how our firm can help- without giving legal advice.
• Follow-Up Mastery: Implement and execute follow-up strategies to keep potential clients engaged and informed.
• Goal-Oriented: Set and achieve ambitious goals for lead conversion and client acquisition. Track your performance and continuously strive for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our legal team to ensure a seamless handover of information and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
