responsibilities:

• Lead the purchase, assembly, installation, and testing of custom or off-the-shelf manufacturing equipment and specialized inspection fixtures.

• Design inspection fixtures and equipment involving mechanical setup, LabVIEW/TestStand software development, and machine learning applications.

• Write manufacturing work instructions, inspection procedures, attribute charts, and PPAP documents to ensure quality standards.

• Create component prints for product repair, set up manufacturing lines, and troubleshoot incoming component inspections and FAIs.

• Work independently across multiple assignments to problem-solve and support New Product development projects from concept to line setup.
