Qualifications/Experience:

• 0 - 2 years of experience working directly on energy projects - UPP, ONW, or BESS
• Bachelor's or equivalent level
• Good financial modeling and analytical skills
• Basic to good knowledge of economic concepts (NPV, IRR, MOIC)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills: team-oriented and good collaborator
• Willingness to learn
• Self-starter and detail-oriented
• Capable of effectively managing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Professionalism
• Comfortable in fast-paced, growing company
• Fluent in English
• Specific knowledge required:
• Knowledge of renewable energy concepts and markets - RECs, PPAs, Tax incentives (ITC, MACRS, etc.)

Candidate Profile

Provide financial analysis and transaction execution support to enable Integrated Power management to make informed investment decisions and advance the company's growth objectives. This includes project finance analysis for greenfield development and strategic acquisitions, as well as due diligence and execution support for Tax Equity Partnerships, back leverage, and farm-down transactions.

Activities:

• Financial modeling and optimization of Renewables projects (Solar, Onshore Wind or Battery/Storage) in line with negotiated financing documents and consultants' reports.
• Propose and effect improvements and modifications to the financial model as necessary to meet business needs
• Support preparation of internal committee presentations (financial statements, economic results for TotalEnergies, sensitivities) to senior management in relation to investment decisions
• Communicate and collaborate with HQ team to support securing approval of projects
• Contribute to marketing presentations for potential financing & equity partners
• Support Associate/Transaction lead with managing external consultants and advisors (independent engineers, transmission, legal) and maintain project data rooms
• Under supervision of SF Associate, support transaction lead with external capital raising efforts including debt and tax equity.
• Support with coordination of transaction related administrative responsibilities like NDAs, LCs, execution of contracts
