This is a field-driven PM role where technical expertise matters, and you’ll be trusted to run your projects alongside an experienced operations team.

Projects based across Miami/ West Palm/ Port St. Lucie/ Treasure Coast (local/regional work)

\n

\n

What You’ll Be Running

\n

\n
• FDOT bridge and transportation projects from award through close-out
\n
• Scopes include:
\n
• Bridge construction & rehabilitation
\n
• Structural concrete & foundations
\n
• Roadway tie-ins, drainage, and MOT
\n
• Work includes complex structural scopes , not commodity site work
\n

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Manage budgets, schedules, and full project execution
\n
• Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subs, and FDOT reps
\n
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders
\n
• Ensure strict compliance with FDOT specs, QA/QC, and safety
\n
• Drive accountability across project and field teams
\n

• Experience with structural concrete, foundations, or bridge components
\n
• Ability to run projects independently and lead teams
\n
