Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with couples and families to determine counseling needs and develop effective therapeutic plans.

• Facilitate both joint and individual therapy sessions, addressing issues such as communication barriers, conflict resolution, and relationship dynamics.

• Engage in specialized therapy addressing family dynamics, including but not limited to alcohol and substance abuse, physical and psychological trauma, grief, and job-related stress issues.

• Provide psychoeducation to families on managing challenges related to blended families, separation, divorce, and other familial stressors.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and maintain updated documentation to track progress, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and clinic protocols.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care plans that address the needs of the patients holistically.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Presence of Mind Counseling Clinic offers a competitive annual salary ranging between $75,000 and $100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
