Federal Manufacturing Inside Sales Specialist

You will own and grow opportunities across preventive maintenance, training, technical services, software, consumables, parts, and aftermarket support—bringing together leading manufacturing technologies to help Federal customers reduce downtime, extend equipment life, and manufacture their mission. This is more than account support: you will challenge convention, create new service offerings, uncover untapped opportunities, and build trusted partnerships that make Phillips indispensable throughout every stage of the machine life cycle. You will rapidly master your territory and pipeline, use CRM insights to deliver a confident sales forecast within your first 90 days, and collaborate across sales, service, contracting, and technical teams to convert complex Federal requirements into clear, winning strategies.
