Hillyard, Inc. is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Phoenix, AZ. What You'll Do

• Manage and grow an established sales territory with an existing customer base.
• Spend your days visiting customers, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow their business.
• Prospect for new business while expanding existing customer partnerships.
• Deliver consultative, solution-based sales presentations tailored to each customer's needs.
• Demonstrate innovative products, equipment, and cleaning solutions that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and recommendations that help customers achieve their business goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline, customer activity, and opportunities using CRM tools.
• Partner with service, operations, and technical support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in outside B2B sales or territory sales.
• A passion for developing long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your schedule and territory independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Consultative selling experience with a focus on solving customer problems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable spending the majority of your time in the field meeting with customers.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant sales experience.
