Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial client assessments to evaluate their mental health conditions, discussing their personal history, and current challenges.

• Develop customized therapeutic plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, ensuring that treatment aligns with each client’s unique needs.

• Regularly schedule and conduct therapy sessions, providing individuals and group therapy that incorporate culturally responsive techniques.

• Monitor client progress through regular feedback and assessments, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to align with evolving client needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and medical doctors, to ensure comprehensive care and make necessary referrals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans within our EHR system, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience that equips you with a deep understanding of therapeutic techniques and client engagement.
