Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX for an Outside Sales Representative – Patio Covers & Outdoor Living. The representative will meet with prospective and existing customers at their homes, conduct consultations, assess outdoor spaces, and propose appropriate patio cover and outdoor living solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering professional sales presentations, preparing detailed estimates, following up on leads, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing. The role involves building long-term relationships, coordinating with design and installation teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The representative will also participate in local events or marketing activities to generate new business and expand the customer base.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills to effectively pitch solutions and grow the client base.
• Candidates should possess Relationship Building and Customer Service skills to foster trust and support repeat and referral business.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in residential construction, home improvement, or outdoor living products is beneficial.
• Proven track record in outside sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work on-site and travel locally within the Houston area, including visits to customer homes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer appointments.
