Solutions Engineer

Salary: $150,000 - 200,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a background in pre-sales or solutions engineering within cybersecurity or SaaS, with a proven record of supporting net-new business.
• We need strong knowledge of networking, cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and security architectures.
• Experience with SOC technologies, including SIEM, SOAR, and EDR/XDR, as well as hybrid infrastructures, is important.
• You should be able to design solutions, deliver demos and proof-of-concepts, and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and solid business acumen are essential.
• A foundational understanding of AI technologies such as LLMs, machine learning, and NLP is required.
• A bachelors degree or higher is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, security, or AI are a plus.
• You should work with urgency, ownership, and a strong bias for execution.

• We partner with Account Executives to win new business and lead the technical sales process from discovery through evaluation, solution design, and business justification.
• We act as trusted advisors, uncovering customer challenges and aligning our AI-powered platform to their needs.
• We translate complex cybersecurity risks into clear business and security outcomes across network, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• We lead all technical aspects of new business opportunities and keep deals moving from discovery to close.
• We build early credibility with Security, IT, and Cloud stakeholders.
• We shape technical win strategies and guide solution validation.
• We align our solutions to SOC workflows such as triage, investigation, and response.
• We conduct structured discovery using MEDDPICC to identify pain, impact, and urgency.
• We turn customer requirements into solution designs tied to ROI and measurable outcomes.
• We architect scalable solutions across our platform, including Network, Email, Cloud, Identity, Endpoint, ASM, PEM, and IRR.
• We advise on deployments, integrations, and visibility options such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, SPAN/TAP, and APIs.
• We communicate trade-offs across performance, cost, and coverage.
• We ensure our solution design supports fast deployment and meaningful evaluation results.
• We deliver high-impact demos and technical storytelling for SOC teams, leaders, and executives.
• We explain complex cybersecurity concepts in clear, outcome-focused language for both technical and executive audiences.
• We handle objections and position our offering against competitors.
• We partner with AEs to qualify opportunities, reduce risk, and progress the pipeline.
• We collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to remove blockers and accelerate deals.
• We share market feedback to help improve our product direction and go-to-market strategy.
