Fine-Dining Sous Chef: Lead BOH, Service & Growth
Casa Madera West Hollywood
Casa Madera West Hollywood is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead back-of-house operations, set service tone, and ensure top-notch food safety and quality. You will manage opening/closing procedures, lead pre-shift meetings, and coordinate with Front-of-House leadership to drive efficient service.
The role requires proficiency across kitchen stations, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor staff while maintaining a positive, results-driven culture in a fine-dining setting.
