This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion while working on a diverse portfolio of federal, healthcare, senior living, and public-sector projects. They are delivering projects across the DMV and North Carolina, supported by a strong pipeline of federal design-build work and long-standing repeat client relationships.The company primarily delivers healthcare facilities, community and senior living developments, public sector projects, and federal construction work. Their project portfolio typically consists of projects valued between $3 million and $5 million, with larger opportunities reaching up to $10 million. On average, the scope of work they pursue ranges from $750,000 to $1 million, and they maintain a consistent pipeline, estimating approximately two to three bids per week across their target sectors.The RoleThis position is ideal for someone who can bridge both estimating and project management responsibilities.
