Location: Bolingbrook, IL Shift Overtime available based on production needs 3rd shift or 2nd shift Pay: $25.00–$30.00/hr (Based on Experience) Industry: Folding Carton & Paper Packaging Manufacturing Role Summary Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Folder Gluer Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Bolingbrook, IL. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining folder gluer equipment used to convert printed sheets into finished folding cartons. The ideal candidate has experience with high-speed gluing equipment, performs complete machine setups, leads production crews, maintains quality standards, and helps maximize machine uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
