Security Officer Part Time Access Monitor

As a Security Officer Part Time Access Monitor in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and may explore additional shifts. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Saturday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sunday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site‑specific security‑related procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and/or credential checkpoints to help control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel entering or leaving the location. Verify identification, visitor logs, vehicle information, and/or shipment documentation in support of authorized access and established food and beverage location procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, production‑related areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify security‑related concerns and/or access control issues. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
