Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful role supporting young learners as a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time contract assignment covering leave from September through December. This is a unique opportunity to work with a preschool caseload, making a meaningful difference in children’s communication skills during a critical developmental period. Ideal Background and Skills:

• Active SLP license in Washington
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship eligibility (SLP-CFY)
• Prior experience in schools, especially with preschool or pediatric populations
• Comfortable providing in-person and/or teletherapy services as needed
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering language development, early intervention, and inclusive education

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to a diverse group of preschool-aged students
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain detailed data and progress documentation for reporting and compliance
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, support staff, and fellow therapists
• Support program goals and contribute to team meetings and multidisciplinary initiatives
• Adapt interventions for both in-person and teletherapy service delivery as needed
