Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience with pediatric and preschool populations preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in educational or healthcare SLP settings
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms is valued
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and caseloads
• Dedication to evidence-based therapy approaches and ongoing professional growth

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool students during the leave coverage period
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the school team
• Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to guide intervention
• Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and support staff
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to child-centered decision making
• Support transitions and continuity of care as students progress through their programs
