Account Executive (WaaS / Digital Infrastructure) - Remote

Lipscomb Creative Co. builds high-performance web infrastructure, local SEO frameworks, and advanced data solutions for local services, contractors, and B2B companies. Our fulfillment engine, proprietary tech stack, and delivery pipelines are fully established. We are looking for an independent, driven Account Executive to handle frontend outreach, prospect local/regional businesses, and close accounts. Your primary focus is simple: locate the business and secure a "yes" from the decision-maker. Once you get the green light, we step in to handle the formal contracts, invoice processing, technical building, data hosting, and ongoing client management. What You’ll Do Prospecting: Source your own leads, cold call, drop in locally, or network to find business owners with outdated web infrastructure, slow loading speeds, or poor digital search visibility. Consultative Selling: Pitch our bundled Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) models and AI Schema data frameworks in plain, ROI-focused business language. Secure the Commitment: Move prospects from first contact to a solid "yes" (verbal or written commitment). Once you secure their agreement, simply submit the client's details to us. We handle 100% of the contract routing, invoicing, and backend onboarding—allowing you to stay focused entirely on your next lead. What We’re Looking For The Hunter Mentality: Completely comfortable with cold outreach, handling objections, and speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers to build rapport and secure commitments. Self-Sufficient Execution: This is a 1099 position. You manage your own hours, territory, and pipeline. Your income is a direct reflection of your daily consistency. Clear Communication: The ability to explain the business value of modern web performance and AI-search optimization without getting bogged down in overly technical jargon. This role is structured to provide strong immediate cash flow paired with long-term monthly stability. Upfront Contract Commission: Earn 25% upfront on the gross onboarding fee of every account cleared (batched and paid out semi-monthly upon invoice settlement). Compounding Residuals: Earn a 10% monthly recurring residual on the active subscription fees of every client you secure for the lifetime of the account (paid out monthly as long as you maintain an active pipeline). Because our web platforms come fully bundled with high-value AI search infrastructure, client retention is remarkably high—allowing your monthly baseline revenue to compound automatically. Operational Freedom: You manage your own hours, outreach strategy, and workflow.
