A well-established, high-tech machine shop is hiring CNC Machinists to support continued growth. This is a clean, climate-controlled facility with modern equipment, strong leadership, and long-term stability. Job Summary

As a CNC Machinist, you will set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes, inspect precision parts, and make minor program edits as needed. You'll work with both short- and long-run production in a highly organized manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes (Haas and multi-axis machines)
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
• Make minor program edits at the machine
• Run short and long production jobs (multiple setups per week)
• Complete documentation using electronic systems (iPads/tablets)
• Machine aluminum and steel components to tight tolerances
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent CNC machining experience (mills, lathes, or Swiss)
• Experience with setups, tooling, and measuring tools
• Ability to read blueprints and work to specifications
• Experience with Haas machines and/or multi-axis equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Pay & Benefits

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
