Civil Project Manager

A multidisciplinary firm providing services in civil and structural engineering, community planning, landscape architecture, and land surveying seeking a Project Manager to help them make a real impact at their Tacoma office. You'll work on a wide range of projects, including residential subdivisions, commercial developments, and industrial warehouses, while leading a team that values creativity and collaboration. Your Day Includes: Managing and mentoring engineering staff Serving as a project manager, interacting directly with clients and jurisdictions Planning, designing, and directing all phases of civil engineering projects Overseeing engineering operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with other disciplines Nurturing and growing client relationships to support business development Must Haves: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering PE License 10+ years of civil site design experience in Western Washington 3+ years in a civil consulting role with staff mentoring and client management experience Practical experience with storm water modeling and Civil 3D P.S.
