At Newstel Portugal , we’re building a Talent Pool of skilled virtual Customer Service Agents who are fluent in English plus one of the following languages:

Portuguese

Spanish

Italian

German

Dutch

Swedish

Danish

What We’re Looking For

Fluency in English plus one of the listed languages.

A minimum of 1 year’s experience in virtual customer service.

Ideally, experience across multiple channels: voice, email, and live chat .

Strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
