Engineering Manufacturing Operations Analyst 2 – San Antonio, TX We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst 2 to work in San Antonio, TX. The role is 100% onsite and involves resolving daily constraints, leading cross‑functional collaboration, and improving operational processes. Responsibilities Ability to work and take initiative to resolve constraints that arise daily Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams Conduct research to obtain constraint knowledge, including parts and engineering details, to track status and resolve constraints Investigate and research future schedules to proactively identify constraints, attend line‑by‑line review meetings to communicate status Required to attend and/or lead Tier meetings Utilize Ship Side Action Tracker (SAT) system to track constraints Assist with development and implementation of process and procedures for the site Create and present project proposals to senior leadership and mechanic level Assist mechanics with specs and DWG understanding Assist shop with procurement and/or modification of identified tools Coach less experienced mechanics and teammates on processes to build knowledge and skills Assist with closure of quality corrective actions (IQDS) items and investigate root cause and solutions Foster the values of speaking, seeking, and listening to communicate emotional intelligence and customer‑service mentality Required Skills / Qualifications 3+ years of experience utilizing critical problem solving, working on issues, and developing procedures 3+ years of experience accessing aircraft data via computer systems and reading technical data 3+ years experience in manufacturing maintenance and/or modification of aircraft Ability to work any shift Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint presentation creation and Excel data manipulation Preferred Requirements Experience using GOLD and I‑GOLD, Vipers, NCM (Non‑Conformance System, Ship Side Action Tracker software applications) Current US security clearance at the Secret level or higher; Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) is ideal and the ability to obtain a Yankee White Clearance An active (or ability to obtain) US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship Leadership experience Project Management experience Previous Line Side Control Center experience Experience with Depot level/Modification maintenance Typical Education / Experience High school diploma or GED and typically 3+ years of experience Benefits Benefits offered vary by contract and may include direct deposit, free career counseling services, 401(k), select paid holidays, short‑term disability insurance, skills training, employee referral bonus, affordable medical coverage plan, and DailyPay (in some locations).
