Claims Operations Analyst Location: San Antonio, TX Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $25/hr Job Overview We are seeking a Claims Operations Analyst to support business process services within insurance claims operations. This role focuses on operational reporting, data management, administrative support, and process documentation to help maintain efficient day-to-day claims operations and support ongoing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, experience handling data-heavy administrative work, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. Insurance or claims experience is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Pull, organize, and enter data across claims systems and spreadsheets Maintain operational reports and tracking documentation Perform administrative support functions including filing, system updates, and document management Assist with process mapping and workflow documentation Build and maintain KPI and operational health reporting Validate and compile data for ongoing initiatives and reporting needs Identify data discrepancies and support continuous improvement efforts Document process changes and maintain updated reference materials Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operational initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree 2+ years of experience in: Data entry Reporting Administrative support Operations support Strong Microsoft Office skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including: Data organization Basic formulas Spreadsheet management Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Insurance or property claims experience Experience with process mapping or process documentation Experience supporting operational reporting environments Top Skills Microsoft Office – 4+ years Microsoft Excel – 4+ years Claims administrative support – 2+ years Technology Tools Microsoft Office Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Candidate Background Fit Insurance operations Claims support Administrative analyst roles Reporting coordinator roles Data-heavy operational support environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Strategic Staffing Solutions
