Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' socio-emotional and environmental factors impacting their academic performance and well-being.

• Develop individualized service plans that set measurable goals and interventions tailored to each student's needs, monitoring their progress over time.

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students and their families, offering emotional support and coping strategies for a range of life challenges.

• Work collaboratively with school personnel to identify at-risk students and build integrated service plans involving educational and community resources.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans to protect the welfare of students in acute situations.

• Act as a liaison between families and community agencies to facilitate access to necessary services, including mental health resources and housing assistance.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote the organization’s services in local schools, increasing awareness and support for vulnerable populations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
