Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in Child and Family team meetings, contributing actively to treatment planning, reviews, and interdisciplinary discussions.

• Conduct thorough assessments for clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and track treatment updates. Submit all required documentation in adherence to agency protocols and local regulations.

• Maintain strict confidentiality while managing client records, ensuring safety and compliance in documentation practices.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to accurately diagnose and manage treatment for children and adolescents dealing with various psychological issues.

• Plan and implement targeted therapeutic strategies for children and adolescents, tailoring your approach based on individual needs and circumstances.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly, providing feedback and support as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing therapy to children, adolescents, and their families. You will engage with clients facing a spectrum of challenges, including behavioral issues, emotional distress, and relational conflicts. Your expertise will help pave the way for healthier family dynamics and improved emotional development in young populations.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably working with children and families.

• Demonstrated knowledge of psychological theories regarding personality development, individual differences, and abnormal behavior.

Compensation and Benefits\n
