Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Account Administrator to join our team. The Account Administrator is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Answer Sales calls.
• Handle customer quotations and/or inquiries.
• Process customer orders.
• Process customer credit memos.
• Expedite customer order.
• Maintain customer delivery schedule.
• Assist Purchasing, coordinate vendor deliveries.
• Identify customer requirements to the Purchasing and Quality Departments.
• Provide technical information to customers.
• Originate customer complaint form.
• Provide the customer with proof of delivery when required.
• Monitor major customer on-time delivery performance.
• Maintain customer drawing files in Sales office.

Must Haves:

• Fastener Industry experience is a PLUS! 
• MS Office proficiency
• Great organizational skills and multi-tasking
• Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent, or similar role in a sales environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
