Senior Director OF Development

To drive mission impact and revenue growth, the full-time Senior Director of Donor Development will manage donor relationships, oversee a development team, and collaborate with senior leadership while working remotely from Houston, TX. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans focused on mission impact and diversified revenue growth Manage and mentor the development team to enhance donor stewardship and achieve revenue goals Engage and retain influential volunteer leaders and corporate partners to support fundraising initiatives Required qualifications: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in donor development or nonprofit management Four-year college degree Experience managing a diverse team, including remote staff Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff Demonstrated success in building relationships with donors and community stakeholders
