Senior Director OF Development

Leading fundraising initiatives, the full-time salaried Senior Executive Director of Development will manage a team of fundraising professionals to achieve aggressive revenue targets through corporate engagement, major gifts, and fundraising events, while working remotely with a preference for candidates in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Key responsibilities Drives revenue growth through multi-year corporate partnerships, major gifts, and large-scale events Leads donor-centric revenue generation and manages a team of fundraising professionals Builds and maintains relationships with C-suite executives to secure transformational gifts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred 6+ years of experience in fundraising, team leadership, or sales management with multi-million-dollar targets Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies Expertise in building long-term relationships with major donors and corporate partners Experience leading high-impact fundraising events from concept through execution
