Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ psychological and relational challenges, ensuring a tailored approach to treatment.

• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to foster personal growth and healing.

• Develop and monitor individual treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable therapeutic goals and tracking progress over time.

• Utilize patient management software to document client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with agency policies and insurance requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse population ranging from adults to children and adolescents. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
