One of us works primarily in an office, while the other is fully remote and home most days, which means the house is lived in and active. We've built out a great team to support our household — a full-time nanny, a personal chef, and a weekly deep cleaning crew — and now we're looking to add the final, essential piece: a house manager who owns the day-to-day rhythm of the home. We're a household that values calm, order, and intention. We love a well-organized, clutter-free environment (think: just-in-time restocking, not stockpiling), and we appreciate someone who brings that same philosophy to their work without being asked.We truly value long-term relationships with the people who become part of our household.
