Schedule

Rotational Day/Eve/Night shifts, including holidays

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 22-26 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements
- New York State RN Licensure required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- 2 years of Med/Surg experience required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide direct nursing care and evaluate patient progress.
- Educate patients and families on aftercare and lifestyle changes for optimal health outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable healing environment while advocating for patient rights.
- Engage in quality improvement activities to enhance nursing practice and patient care.
- Foster collaboration and communication among team members to ensure effective care delivery.
