Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their biopsychosocial needs, tailoring individualized treatment plans aimed at improving their mental health and addressing specific symptoms.

  Engage in delivering various forms of psychotherapy, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, using approaches deemed clinically appropriate based on patient assessments.

  Collaborate with the psychiatry team and participate in program planning, delivering input and insight regarding patient care to ensure comprehensive treatment.

  Uphold ethical standards and comply with agency policies throughout your practice while gathering essential clinical data in alignment with program and regulatory requirements.

  Act as a key player during crisis intervention and triage evaluations, working in tandem with outpatient and inpatient teams to provide immediate behavioral health support.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
