Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Rocky Mountain Family & Kids Counseling, you will:

• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients to assess stability, plan upcoming appointments, and discuss discharge options when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and objectives.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all clients in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and establish appropriate treatment pathways.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to aid in client growth.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and receive supportive feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population consisting of children, adolescents, and family units who present with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) certification.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following the completion of graduate studies.

• Familiarity with technology, including proficiency in Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.

The role offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000, reflective of experience and qualifications. We operate on a Fee-for-Service model, providing guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, with no waiting period for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
