Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss any concerns, and plan upcoming appointments or discharges.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.

• Carry out thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive information about new clients.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic modalities suited to each client.

• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) certification.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following your graduate studies.

• Competency in using technology, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software for documentation and client management.
