Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular individual therapy sessions using a range of therapeutic modalities, ensuring each session is tailored to address the personal challenges faced by each client.

• Facilitate engaging couples therapy sessions aimed at resolving conflicts, improving communication, and strengthening relationships.

• Work collaboratively with families, identifying and addressing communication breakdowns and relational dynamics that may lead to distress.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with the unique goals of each client, actively involving them in their healing journey.

• Perform assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing both clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate with other professionals within the organization and external providers—including psychiatrists and primary care physicians—to coordinate care as needed, ensuring holistic support for clients.

Qualifications\n
