Head of Marketing

Tomorrow has the science and it has the story. This role decides whether the right people ever hear either one. You'll build the marketing function from the ground up and own what it becomes.

The role

You'll own how Tomorrow goes to market: the positioning, the demand, the partner pipeline, and the brand that carries all of it. This is a builder's seat rather than a caretaker's. You decide what we say, where we say it, and just as importantly what we stop doing.

What you'll do

Set the positioning for the platform and for each taste protein, build the pipeline that brings food and beverage partners to the table, own the site and the launches and the category conversation around them, and hire the team that scales it.

What you'll bring

Marketing leadership in B2B ingredients, food and beverage, or another technical category where the buyer is sophisticated and the cycle is long. You can write, you can read a funnel, and you can tell the difference between attention and demand.

Ingredient or CPG partner marketing, category creation for something that did not exist before, or taking a hard science story to a commercial audience without flattening it.

Where you'll be

This role is based in San Carlos or Los Angeles and works on site with the team. Tomorrow is small enough that the work happens in the room, and we would rather you were in it.
