Here is how we empower our NP s to deliver transformational care: • NP are the champions of care for the patient in a provider lead environment. • Small Panels: This allows you to focus on outcomes. • Support Team: Onsite Pharmacy, Dietician, Social Worker, Case Manager, Front Desk, Podiatry and Endocrinology support. Compensation and Benefits: • Full-time or part-time schedules. Full-time hours are Monday Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m. • Market Leading Compensation: Competitive Salary, bonus and benefits, • Mileage reimbursement for any home visits.
