Velerity Compute Sales Operations Coordinator

Velerity Compute builds and sells certified-refurbished GPU and high-end server systems, including A100, H100, H200 and B200 class platforms, configured to each customer's workload. Velerity is powered by Sprout, a global IT asset dispositionprovider for hyperscaler and enterprise clients, headquartered in Garland, TX with operations near Sacramento, and Charlotte.

Velerity is a young, fast-growing business. This role is a chance to help build its operating backbone from the start.

Responsibilities

Customer Success & Onboarding

• Primary contact: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Velerity customers and keep each relationship moving.
• Onboarding: Onboard new accounts and collect buyer documentation, including compliance and end-user verification forms.
• Customer calls: Join or lead customer calls to support a deal or resolve an issue.
• Records: Keep every account's contacts, documents and activity current in HubSpot.

Order Management

• PO to delivery: Own each order through its full cycle. Confirm logistics, contacts and warehouse instructions are accurate.
• Order tracking: Log and update every order on the Velerity order tracker in monday.com.
• Freight & pickup: Coordinate pickup or freight with the warehouse and Operations.
• Hardware reports: Coordinate the Velerity hardware diagnostic reports that go to customers with each shipment.

Hands-On Velerity Support (Garland)

• On the floor: Work alongside the warehouse and build team on every Velerity order.
• Verification: Confirm serials, configurations and pack-out against the order before anything ships.
• Serial capture: Make sure serials are captured in Business Central so orders are not held at pickup.
• Pickups & visits: Stage orders and support customer pickups, inspections and site visits.
• Issue response: Be the first person on-site to investigate shortages, damage or configuration questions.

Sales Operations in Business Central

• Pricing: Price inventory and orders in Business Central once given direction from Sales.
• Line approval: Approve line-item pricing and quantities with precision.
• Offer lists: Build, format and update offer lists based on inventory and location.
• Invoicing: Create and send invoices promptly, often within hours of a sale or bid finalization.

Inventory

• Partner with Operations to ship finished goods inventory efficiently.
• Assist in reconciling and valuing inventory at WOOD facility and support aging inventory analyses.
• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce order delays and claims.

RMA, Claims & Credits

• Investigate return claims and initiate RMAs for Velerity customers.
• Work with Finance and Logistics to process credit memos and keep Business Central records correct.
• Manage returns with Logistics and Operations.

Bid Support

• Generate and compile bid lists for Sales to bring to market. Occasional weekend timing is appreciated.
• Maintain bid data in SharePoint for auditability and tracking.

Finance & Reconciliation

• Monitor incoming wires and prepayments, and update Business Central records.
• Partner with Accounting to reconcile accounts, distribute buyer invoices and follow up on payments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as the liaison across Sales, Finance, Operations, Compliance and Customer Success so issues are resolved quickly.
• CCAT assessment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited institution.
• 1 to 3 years in a sales coordinator, sales operations, customer success or order management role.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, INDEX-MATCH and conditional formatting.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or the ability to learn an ERP quickly.
• Comfort owning customer communication directly, in writing and on calls.
• Able to work on-site full-time at the Wood facility in Garland, TX.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a warehouse and hardware build environment.
• A disciplined, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• A flexible, entrepreneurial approach and willingness to jump in, including occasional evening or weekend tasks
