About the Opportunity

As an operational partner within our GTM ecosystem, you understand Salsify's product, our field dynamics, and our cross-functional delivery motions. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of GTM Operations, you will support the day-to-day execution of our commercial and services operations engine, focusing on operational coordination, services capacity planning, and team collaboration rather than deep technical data modeling or heavy system architecture.

Your objective is to leverage your organizational skills and collaborative mindset to keep our sales, marketing, and global services teams running efficiently. You will assist with GTM request triage, help coordinate tool access, manage staffing allocation tracking, maintain operational playbooks, and support general team needs using Google Sheets and core GTM tools. To maintain operational focus, the Senior Manager of GTM Operations will act as your strategic shield, handling high-level program escalations, technical roadblocks, and cross-departmental prioritization conflicts on your behalf.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Services Capacity & Staffing Coordination: Facilitate the day-to-day tracking, workload coordination, and delivery scheduling for active services engagements within Kimble. Partner with Services and Sales leadership to maintain visibility into team bandwidth and project staffing.
• GTM Asset & Request Coordination: Facilitate the day-to-day processing of incoming field enablement and operational requests. Partner with GTM managers to coordinate request distribution, track task completion, and maintain visibility into operational deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central, collaborative hub between Sales, Marketing, Global Services, and Revenue Operations to support smooth deal handoffs, team bandwidth updates, and operational alignment.
• Process Documentation & Knowledge Base: Maintain and organize standard operating procedures (SOPs), service playbooks, and change logs in Confluence and Google Docs, keeping team enablement tools searchable, clean, and accessible.
• General Reporting & Administrative Assistance: Assist in gathering, organizing, and formatting operational inputs using Google Sheets to support routine capacity summaries, pipeline updates, team performance decks, and ad-hoc operational reporting requests.

Core Responsibilities & Focus Areas

• 40% | Services Capacity Planning & GTM Operational Coordination Staffing Scheduling & Capacity Tracking: Assist in managing consultant availability, scheduling, and project assignments within Kimble, maintaining up-to-date visibility into services capacity and utilization targets.
• Request Triage & Coordination: Assist in triaging incoming GTM support requests, ensuring field inquiries regarding tools, staffing allocations, or process updates are addressed or routed promptly.
• Cross-Functional Handoff Support: Coordinate administrative steps as deals transition from sales to active implementation, ensuring services delivery teams are properly assigned in Kimble and aligned with project scope.
• 40% | Reporting Assistance, Documentation & System Coordination Google Sheets & Reporting Support: Utilize Google Sheets to consolidate data, build tracking templates, and format routine operational summaries, team availability updates, and performance slides for operations leadership.
• Documentation Maintenance: Support the ongoing creation, formatting, and organization of GTM and Services playbooks, workflow guides, and team enablement sites to ensure a clear "single source of truth."
• System & Administrative Support: Provide basic administrative support across core GTM and Services platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Kimble, Gong, or Jira), assisting frontline users with user updates, basic troubleshooting, and process guidance.
• 20% | Ticket Queue Facilitation, Stakeholder Alignment & Team Support Queue Triage: Act as a helpful first line of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries, escalating complex system configurations or architectural changes to senior ops leadership.
• Feedback Gathering: Maintain regular touch-points with delivery leads, sales reps, and marketing managers to gather feedback on daily process friction and tool usability.
• Cross-Functional Backup: Proactively provide coverage, administrative backup, and operational support across other areas of the operations team as needed to ensure continuous business coverage.

In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Salsify employees receive equity in the form of stock options. National Pay Range

€32.725 - €38.500 EUR
