As Senior Vice President of National Accounts, you will drive AVA's national growth strategy by securing and expanding strategic partnerships with property management organizations across the country. You'll serve as the face of AVA to senior leadership at top property management groups, positioning our platform as an essential resource for their staff and residents. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic dealmaker who wants ownership over a national territory and a direct hand in scaling AVA's footprint. What You’ll Do Own and grow AVA's national account portfolio, building executive-level relationships with senior leadership at major property management organizations. Design and execute a territory growth strategy, identifying and closing new partnerships that expand AVA's market presence. Plan and host high-impact sales events and activations that build brand visibility and drive adoption. Operate with full autonomy, setting ambitious targets and building the playbook to hit them. What You Bring A track record of exceeding performance targets in a quota-driven, relationship-based sales environment. Strong executive presence, with the negotiation and problem-solving skills to close complex, high-value partnerships. Polished communication and presentation skills suited to engaging senior leadership. Willingness to travel within your territory and work flexible hours, including evenings, to support events and partner needs.
