Growth-Driven Operations Manager - Vending Services

Snack Savvy Vending is a fast-growing, locally owned vending company serving businesses across New Hampshire with modern vending, AI smart coolers, and premium breakroom solutions. We are looking for a dependable, hands‑on Operations Manager to help lead daily operations as we continue to grow. This is a highly independent role for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with customers, staying active throughout the day, and helping build a business from the ground up. Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually (depending on experience) Additional earning opportunity: 2% recurring revenue share on all new locations personally secured $150 1‑time compensation for each new location secured Paid Time Off: 10 PTO days per year Standard paid holidays Company vehicle provided for work‑related duties Company branded attire provided Free snacks and drinks while working Gym/Fitness stipend Please note: Health insurance, dental insurance, and 401(k) benefits are not currently offered. Key Responsibilities Vending & Equipment Service Restock and service vending machines and smart coolers Maintain clean, organized, and professional machine appearance Perform routine machine troubleshooting and basic maintenance Respond to service calls and customer issues in a timely manner Collect cash and replenish coin mechanisms when necessary Inventory & Warehouse Operations Manage inventory levels and warehouse organization Receive and unload product deliveries Track product usage and identify restocking needs Prepare inventory and route materials for upcoming service runs Help improve operational efficiency and warehouse processes Route & Customer Support Operate company vehicle safely and professionally Travel to customer locations throughout New Hampshire Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts Represent the Snack Savvy brand with professionalism and reliability Communicate customer feedback, machine issues, and service updates Growth & Business Development Identify and help secure new vending locations Assist with machine placements and new account launches Support the continued growth of the business through networking and referrals Qualifications Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift and transport products regularly Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Mechanically inclined or willing to learn basic machine maintenance Customer service experience strongly preferred Prior vending, route service, warehouse, delivery, or operations experience is a plus This role is designed to grow alongside the business.
