We are partnering with a leading powersports and recreational vehicle manufacturer to hire a Recruiter who will support full-cycle recruiting across a broad range of functions, including IT, engineering, supply chain, operations, and business roles. As a Recruiter, you will own approximately 15 requisitions at a time, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, assess candidates, and drive the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance. You will play a key role in delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while maintaining accurate recruiting data and supporting a consistent, high-quality hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer for approximately 15 requisitions across multiple functions, including IT, engineering, supply chain, operations, and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on hiring strategy, and establish sourcing approaches.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies, including direct outreach through LinkedIn Recruiter and review of applicant pipelines.
• Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear, concise recommendations.
• Coordinate interview processes in partnership with the recruiting operations team, including scheduling support and panel interview facilitation.
• Facilitate post-interview debrief discussions that help hiring managers make confident, informed hiring decisions.
• Create and deliver offers in partnership with HR, ensuring recommendations align with role and business needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within Workday ATS.
• Drive a consistent, high-quality recruiting process that supports a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting processes and deliver highly qualified hires.
• Skilled at sourcing and recruiting for technical (IT) roles.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
• Practical experience using candidate sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• High-energy, go-getter personality with a strong drive to find and engage top talent.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Agency recruiting experience.
• IT recruiting experience.
• Workday ATS experience.
• Ability to support the engagement long-term.
