• Assist with sample collection and prepare specimens for analysis as required.
• Document all processes meticulously, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain high lab quality standards.
• Foster a clean and safe working environment while complying with applicable regulations and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree accompanied by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification during employment duration.
