$100K-$250K+ uncapped commission
Rookie ramp plan (first 6 months)

What You'll Do
Run in-home sales appointments (leads assigned + self-generated)
Prospect for new business (referrals and networking)
Inspect roofing, siding, gutters, windows
Build estimates + present solutions
Close deals and manage your pipeline
Roofing & gutters = faster closes
Windows & siding = more consultative (2-visit close)
