Position Title NFWS - OIT Service Desk (26/27) Work Schedule Flexible hours: maximum 20 per week. Earliest start 7:30 AM. Service Desk closes 8:00 PM. Saturday hours 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. 100% on campus. Job Description Summary All OIT student workers are required to work on the Service Desk. Specific Duties Answer phone calls, emails, web requests, and walk-in requests and prepare appropriate work orders. Assist users with password changes and other first-level support. Take calls and respond to email from students, faculty, staff, and outside sources, and prepare work orders for both technology and facilities requests. Minimum Qualifications Must speak and write English clearly. Must be a current ULV student. Preferred Qualifications Not specified. Benefits Summary One hour of Paid Sick Leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 24 hours per year, capped at 48 hours.
