Registered Nurse CVICU

Role Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). Responsibilities Perform patient assessments, develop and revise care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor cardiac and hemodynamic status, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care. Delegate tasks to non-licensed staff, communicate with team members, provide patient and family education, and facilitate discharge planning. Deliver competent, high-quality care in a safe and comforting environment to enhance patient satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills 1+ year of RN experience in acute care Associates Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) Current RN license (Texas or Compact) Required certifications: BLS and ACLS; NIH Stroke Scale within 90 days Join a facility recognized for excellence in cardiovascular care, equipped with advanced technology, and committed to innovation and patient outcomes.
