Service Appointment Coordinator Sheehy Auto Stores , proudly recognized as a Top Workplace for multiple consecutive years by the Richmond Times-Dispatch and The Washington Post , is seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our growing service team. With more than 25 locations representing some of the industry's leading automotive brands, Sheehy Auto Stores is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We believe our success starts with our people, and we're dedicated to fostering a culture where talented team members can grow and thrive. Pay & Perks $17/hour + monthly performance bonus $500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 after 30 days, $250 after 6 months) Potential hybrid work option after 60 days (based on performance) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance PTO starting day one Paid training & career advancement 401(k) with profit sharing Paid maternity & paternity leave (after 1 year) What You’ll Do Schedule and confirm service appointments Communicate with customers via phone, online, and chat Follow up after service visits to ensure satisfaction Support service team efficiency and customer engagement What We’re Looking For Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word; dual screens a plus) Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Sheehy Auto Stores is an Equal Opportunity Employer . #StaffSJ #J-18808-Ljbffr
