Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and psychological evaluations of clients to understand their mental health status, history, and specific needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with clients, providing ongoing support, tools, and strategies to help them overcome challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to coordinate holistic care plans that address physical and mental health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, demonstrating a calm and decisive approach in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of four years of direct experience in mental health counseling, with a track record of clinical expertise.

• A strong foundational understanding of various mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and culturally responsive practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and other digital tools to enhance patient care and administrative efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits\n
