Turkish Bilingual Expert for AI Training

Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying your Turkish language expertise to real-world audio evaluations and written feedback. This remote contractor role focuses on assessing how naturally and accurately Turkish is spoken and generated. Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Turkish audio clips and evaluate the speaker or model output for nativeness and fluency.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity using established guidelines.
• Document evaluations in clear, concise English feedback, identifying relevant linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed reasoning for each assessment to support consistent, understandable results.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in language content.
• Share insights that help strengthen AI performance in Turkish language understanding and generation.
• Complete assigned audio-review work accurately, on time, and to a high quality standard.

• Native-level Turkish proficiency, including strong spoken and written skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above, particularly for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain nuanced language differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy.
• Experience in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music or audio engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment is highly valued.
• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an asset.
• No previous AI experience is required.

• Remote, contractor engagement.

• $30 to $65 per hour.
