Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and obstacles to well-being.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Create and implement customized treatment plans that set clear, achievable goals and appropriate interventions tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure holistic care for clients and a seamless therapeutic experience.

• Provide crisis intervention and safety assessments when necessary, supporting clients during critical moments.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups to foster community among clients and enhance their therapeutic experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n
